Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe instruments and equipment accurately. Colors, wood grain, finishes and product details may vary, and screens may affect appearance. Review dimensions, connections, voltage, compatibility, included accessories and configuration options before ordering. Lifestyle props are not included unless stated.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject, limit or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or supplier issues. Captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Availability and backorders

Inventory may change before fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable or significantly delayed, we may offer a revised timeframe, an available alternative or cancellation and refund of the affected unshipped product.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Inspection and safe use

Inspect products, cables, power supplies and components before use. Follow manufacturer instructions, voltage requirements, warnings, care guidance and recommended operating conditions. Stop using equipment that appears damaged, unstable or unsafe.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damage claims, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and non-infringing.
